At Olive Plus, product safety and hygiene are our top priority. Because our items are skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or unsealed.

We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, so please review the full policy below.


Return Eligibility (Strictly Limited)

While returns are generally not offered, we may approve a return only if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is completely unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Email us with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on:

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Sealed

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
