At Olive Plus, every ingredient we use has a purpose. Nothing is filler, nothing is synthetic, and nothing is chosen just because it sounds good on a label. Our formulas are deceptively simple, but each one is built on centuries of lived experience, not lab trends.
First-Pressed Olive Oil
The base of every bar begins with something deeply familiar to our region: first-pressed olive oil. Not olive-scented. Not olive-derived. Real, golden oil, pressed from fruit grown under the same sun that has warmed the hills for generations. It’s what gives our soap its creamy texture, its richness, its ability to clean without stripping. It’s not a “hero ingredient.” It’s just essential.
Dead Sea Minerals
Then we add other essentials each chosen the way you might choose ingredients for a meal made with care. Dead Sea minerals, rich in magnesium and calcium, to calm and rebalance skin. Bay leaves, wild herbs, and dried chamomile, sometimes gathered from local fields, other times dried by hand in cloth sacks, the way they always have been. You might even find a trace of thyme or black seed oil, both prized for their healing properties in Middle Eastern households.
When people ask why our soap doesn’t foam aggressively, we take that as a compliment. We don’t use artificial foaming agents. The bubbles are modest, because that’s what skin actually needs. What you get instead is a bar that glides, hydrates, and respects your skin’s natural balance.
There’s no colour added. No fragrance manufactured. What you smell is the oil, the herbs, the clay. What you see is the tone of the ingredients themselves not masked or manipulated.
